What is ‘compliance’ and what is ‘compliance culture’ ?


Having grappled with and sought to evangelise the ‘meaning of compliance’ as a practitioner for over 25 years, I still struggle with how we seek to convey the purpose and essence of a word which has come to have even greater significance on our working lives, but yet singularly fails to explain or inspire, so here’s my latest attempt..’
