ICAIL conference at King’s College, London
The Centre’s researchers presented (June 2017) at the 16th ICAIL conference (King’s College, London). This is the primary international conference addressing research in Artificial Intelligence and Law, and has been organized biennially since 1987 under the auspices of the International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (IAAIL). ICAIL provides a forum for the presentation and discussion of the latest research results and practical applications; it fosters interdisciplinary and international collaboration.
The GRCTC ‘team’ included James O’Neill from NUIG-INSIGHT, Leona O’Brien and Marcello Ceci (our former colleague, Kartik Asooja, now working at Propylon with our very own Sean McGrath, was also in attendance; well at the very least on the Thames!).
Congratulations to all for the hard work in compiling papers of distinction and for helping raise Ireland’s global applied research credentials in this captivating area!
Nice tie Marcello…
